Salon policies

  • Cancelation Policy

    The Salon has a 24 hour cancellation policy. For any services booked for 1.5+ hours a first payment of 50% of the reserved service amount is required to reserve an appointment. The amount charged will go towards the service. Less than 24 hours for a cancellation and a "no show" for the appointment will result in a non refundable charge of the reserved service amount.

  • Late Fee

    Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, your appointment may not be completed, and a cancellation fee may be charged.

  • Refunds

    Due to time and product used, there will be no refunds on any services.

  • NO BOX COLOR

    Before booking an appointment, please note that guests who currently box dye their hair or have within the past 3 years will not be accepted. Box dye chemicals do not react well with professional products causing unpredictable results and more than likely unattainable end goals.

  • Premium Fee

    A premium fee will be charged additionally for any services performed outside of scheduled business days or hours.
